Accredited Third-Party Inspections
Independent verification of pressure equipment under formal accreditation.
Inspection of pressure equipment under accreditation refers to a process of verification and evaluation of pressure equipment by accredited bodies. The service covers vessels, pipes, boilers and pressurized gas or liquid containers. Accreditation organizations formally recognize that the inspection body possesses the necessary technical expertise and impartiality to conduct these assessments.
Why third-party matters
Accreditation of the inspection body adds a level of confidence to the inspection process — it indicates that the body has been evaluated and recognized by a competent authority. For owners, EPCs and end-customers, an accredited third-party stamp is the difference between trust and verification.
Three key purposes
Safety — equipment must be designed, fabricated and maintained safely to prevent accidents or failures with serious consequences. Regulatory compliance — equipment must meet regulations and standards established by regulatory authorities. Reliability — inspections verify that equipment performs properly without compromising safety or efficiency.
