Our credentials matter — they're what allow our inspection and certification work to be recognised by regulators, customers and end-users worldwide.
C&P Inspection Sdn Bhd operates under the accreditations and notifications held by our parent organization, C&P Srl. This means the certificates we issue from Malaysia carry the same recognition as those issued from Italy.
Our credentials
PED Notified Body
Notified under Directive 2014/68/EU for the conformity assessment of pressure equipment placed on the European market. Authorised for the relevant modules including B, D, F, G, H and H1.
ASME Authorized Inspection Agency (AIA)
Recognised as an Authorized Inspection Agency under ASME — authorised to provide inspections supporting U, U2, S, R, PP stamp holders and Authorized Nuclear Inspector (ANI) services under Section III.
ISO 19443 Accredited Certification Body
The first body in Italy and the second globally to obtain ISO 19443 accreditation. We certify organizations to the nuclear supply-chain QMS standard.
ISO/IEC 17020 Inspection Body
Accredited as a Type A inspection body — fully independent from the design, manufacture, supply, installation, purchase, ownership, use or maintenance of the items inspected.
ISO/IEC 17021 Management System Certification Body
Accredited certification body for management system certifications — ISO 9001, ISO 3834, ISO 19443 and ISO 29001 series.
UK Approved Body
Approved Body for the UK Pressure Equipment (Safety) Regulations 2016 — for UKCA marking on the GB market and UKNI marking for the Northern Ireland market.
DOSH-Aligned Practice
Our Malaysian operation conducts inspections aligned with the requirements of the Department of Occupational Safety and Health (DOSH) under OSHA 1994 and the Factories and Machinery Act.
Regional Authorisations
Recognised practice with Singapore MOM (Ministry of Manpower), Australia (state work-health authorities under AS/NZS) and New Zealand (WorkSafe NZ).
