Notified Body for PED ASME AIA ISO 19443 Accredited

C&P is one of very few accredited bodies providing DOSH certification services for pressure vessels and steam generators under Malaysia's occupational safety regulations. Since March 2017 we have been listed as Authorized Inspecting Body No. 10, and through C&P Inspection Sdn Bhd we now deliver this service directly from Petaling Jaya.

Service overview

We offer inspection and certification for unfired pressure vessels and steam boilers intended for the Malaysian market. Our team includes qualified inspectors operating through our local entity, C&P Inspection Sdn Bhd, with full backing of the parent organization's technical resources.

What we verify

Imported equipment must meet specific criteria — it must not have been previously used or deteriorated; materials must comply with approved standards; the manufacturer must follow approved codes during design and construction, with supervision from an Authorized Inspecting Body; equipment must have compliant accessories; and construction must occur under authorized body oversight.

Certification deliverable

On successful inspection, we issue the manufacturer a certificate and the Ninth Schedule examination report, which together certify compliance with DOSH regulations for acceptance by Malaysia's Chief Inspector.

How to apply

Applicants submit form AM042N requesting quotation, accompanied by construction drawings, design calculations, welding documentation (procedures and welder qualifications) and an inspection plan.
