Employees, collaborators and consultants of organizations that are preparing to implement or have already implemented a QMS compliant with ISO 9001:2015. All personnel involved in the development or assessment of an ISO 9001:2015 QMS.

No specific access requirements; basic knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 is recommended.

Delivery method

In-person course — at a date and location agreed with you, or at a venue indicated by us in accordance with the C&P calendar. Course materials include the delegate handout (PDF). Selected introductory presentations can also be delivered by distance learning.

Certificate

All attendees receive a course attendance certificate. Auditor-grade courses include a final examination — successful candidates receive a qualified-pass certificate aligned with the audit qualification requirements of ISO 19011.
