Who is this course for?

Personnel involved in the development or assessment of a QMS in compliance with ISO 19443:2018 — Process & Quality Managers of organizations supplying ITNS products and services; QA/QC; Consultants; Internal Auditors; Auditor / Lead Auditors; and all persons wishing to gain structured knowledge of this standard.

Requirements to access the course

Adequate knowledge of ISO 9001:2015. Experience in development, implementation and management of a QMS. Experience as an Internal Auditor or 3rd-Party Auditor.

Delivery method

In-person course — at a date and location agreed with you, or at a venue indicated by us in accordance with the C&P calendar. Course materials include the delegate handout (PDF). Selected introductory presentations can also be delivered by distance learning.

Certificate

All attendees receive a course attendance certificate. Auditor-grade courses include a final examination — successful candidates receive a qualified-pass certificate aligned with the audit qualification requirements of ISO 19011.
